This month’s Anti-Aging Conference & Tabletop Exhibition is the latest, but by no means the only, in-depth coverage of this most dynamic and exciting topic. The later contains a peptide known as melittin, which is known to increase blood circulation. May: Glycation’s Role in Skin Aging Antioxidants prevent and even reverse the attachment of sugar to collagen by allowing better metabolism of sugar in the cell, preventing its build up and facilitating the body’s natural repair mechanism. July: Can You Diminish Skin Pores? Effective treatments include alpha hydroxy acids, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, retinol and/or fruit enzymes. The daily use of an SPF product is recommended, since removing dead skin cells can make skin more sensitive. September: Banish Dark Circles and Puffy Bags The primary cause of under eye circles is poor blood circulation and leakage of blood in the delicate tissues surrounding eyes.
